Guarantee Terms
The Sea Change Guarantee is designed to support clients who genuinely feel that their first session did not provide meaningful clarity or value.
To keep this promise fair and respectful for everyone, the guarantee is offered under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 24 hours of the session.
- Refunds apply to first-time clients only and for their first session only.
- The session must have been attended in full.
- 4. The guarantee cannot be used to obtain multiple free sessions or to access coaching without genuine intention to engage.
- For programmes, the refund applies only to unused sessions after Session 1.
- Sea Change reserves the right to decline guarantee claims that appear to be made in bad faith or in contradiction to these principles.
