GUARANTEE TERMS

The Sea Change Guarantee applies under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 24 hours of the first session
  • It applies to first-time clients and the first session only
  • The session must have been attended in full
  • The guarantee cannot be used to obtain multiple free sessions or where there is no genuine intention to engage in the process
  • For programmes, refunds apply only to unused sessions after Session 1

Sea Change Therapy & Coaching reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the spirit of this guarantee.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
